Terms
1)Information on
"how to enter" and the prize form part of these terms and conditions
of entry. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions
or received after the closing date will not be considered.

interesting, different and unusual reponses will be considered for the final
draw.
c)Final winner will be
chosen randomly from those chosen above.
2)Competition winner will
be notified by email and/or contacted by phone as well which will include details
as to the collection of the prize from their nearest store or stockist. Should
the winner be unable to collect their prize from a store or stockist, shipping
can be arranged at the winners’ expense.
3)Prize is not transferable
and not redeemable for cash.
4)Entry is open to
Australian residents only.

6)The Promoter is not
liable for lost, late or undelivered e-mail.
7)Only one email entry
per person will be accepted.
8)The total retail prize
value is $599, correct as at 2pm September 6, 2008. Any change in the value of prizes between the publishing date
and the date prizes are delivered is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
9)Prize components may
alter at the discretion of the Promoter.
10)Employees and
immediate family of Lightsounds Pty Ltd and its associated companies are
ineligible to enter.
11)The promoter's
decision in relation to any aspect of this promotion is final and binding on
every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
12)To the full extent
permitted by law, the promoter will not be liable to you in respect of any
claim for any loss or damage whatsoever (including, without limitation, any consequential,
indirect, special, punitive or incidental damages) or for any personal injury
suffered by you as a result of, or in connection with, the promotion.
13)The promoter may in
its absolute discretion suspend, cancel or recommence the promotion if:
a)for any reason the
promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer
virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or
any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupts or affects
the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the
promotion; or
b)the determination of
the prize winners or the delivery of the prizes is prevented or hindered by any
outside agent or event including but not limited to vandalism, power failure,
tempest, natural disaster, acts of God, civil unrest or strikes or other
industrial action.
14)Your personal information is collected by
Lightsounds Pty Ltd in relation to this competition to ensure contact is able
to be made with the winner. Email addresses received at the competition email
address will automatically become part of the Lightsounds email club.
Promotional and information emails will be sent from time to time as part of
the email club. Should you not wish to be part of the email club at any time,
please email marketing@lightsounds.com
with unsubscribe as the email subject. Lightsounds adopts and adheres to a
no-spam policy. Personal information will not be made available to third
